As the newest addition to the prestigious Maybourne Hotel Group, which includes iconic establishments like Claridge’s, The Berkeley, and The Connaught, The Emory promises to be an exclusive address. The Lana, Dubai (February 2024)


Renowned for its opulence, the Dorchester Collection is certainly making its grand entry into the Middle East with The Lana, Dubai. Opening its doors in February 2024, it is located in the upscale Business Bay district. This luxury hotel will offer 225 elegantly decorated rooms and suites, along with a selection of residences. Furthermore, by collaborating with acclaimed designers Gilles & Boissier, the classic Dorchester style blends with Dubai’s modern identity. Indulge in culinary delights at eight restaurants and bars featuring world-class chefs. 


Rosewood Amsterdam, Netherlands (2024)


Rosewood Hotels & Resorts making its debut in the Netherlands with Rosewood Amsterdam. Occupying the former Palace of Justice, this elegant property offers stunning views of one of the city’s picturesque waterways and is located near a famous attraction. With 134 guestrooms and suites, each exquisitely designed in Rosewood’s signature style, Rosewood Amsterdam aims to become a vibrant hub for locals and tourists alike. Singita Milele, Tanzania (Spring 2024)

Prepare to immerse yourself in the wonders of the African wilderness at Singita Milele. Opening its doors in May, just in time for the Great Migration, this exclusive safari lodge will be nestled within the vast Singita Grumeti reserve in northern Tanzania. With five luxurious suites, guests will have the opportunity to witness breathtaking wildlife, including lions, giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, and rhinos. The villa itself will offer amenities such as a movie room, fitness center, private Jacuzzis, an infinity pool, and all-inclusive service. 


Mandarin Oriental Mayfair (Spring 2024)


London’s hotel scene continues to thrive with the arrival of Mandarin Oriental Mayfair. This boutique hotel, set to open in early 2024, will feature 50 meticulously designed rooms and suites, along with 77 branded residences. Architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, along with Tokyo-based studio Curiosity and UK-based designers Studio Indigo, have created a stylish and sophisticated ambiance. Indulge in culinary delights at the first Akira Back restaurant in the UK. Alternatively, unwind on the rooftop terrace with stunning skyline views, and rejuvenate in the spa complete with an 82-ft pool, steam room, and sauna. 


ME Lisbon (2024)


Perfectly positioned to explore all the Portuguese capital has to offer, ME Lisbon will open its doors in 2024. Showcasing the brand’s signature avant-garde design with high-quality service and a variety of culinary offerings including a Radio Rooftop Bar with panoramic views of the city. Additionally, this this luxury hotel boasts over 600m2 of meeting and event space. The property is conveniently located in downtown Lisbon alongside the Eduardo VII Park and Marquês de Pombal Square. This 213-room hotel will feature a striking semi-transparent glass façade, designed by Portuguese architect João Paciênia.
