  • When will I receive my booking confirmation?

    All confirmation and receipts will be sent out within 24-48 hours from when the booking was made.

  • My details are incorrect, please help?

    As a passenger you have a responsibility to check that all the information on your documents is correct. Please contact Customer Support Team on 08003688550 immediately, so we can ensure that the relevant operators have the correct information.

  • How can I View my booking details online?

    Click “Manage Booking” to view your booking itinerary, as well as all traveller information and your payment history

  • What are your payment terms.

    You will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment for your arrangements at the time of booking via bank transfer to our trust account of PTS(Protected Trust Services) or you can make payment on our website using credit or debit card. In any event and unless we otherwise inform you at the time of booking, full payment is due no later than 110 days to departure or at the time of booking, whichever is later. We’ll be sending reminder for final payment, If we do not receive the due balance, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you in this case you will liable for cancellation charges.

  • How do I pay for my holiday and can I pay the balance of my booking before the due date?

    You can make payments towards your holiday whenever you wish.

    – You can pay for your booking online: simply visit Manage My Booking. Enter your Email,

    booking reference number, and departure date.

    – To pay over the phone, please call our Customer Support Team on 08003688550 who will take the payment using our secure payment system.

  • Can I change or transfer my booking?

    If you wish to change any part of your booking after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you must inform us in writing or email us support@bookpackntravel.com as soon as possible. This should be done by the first named person on the booking. Whilst we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requested change. Where we can meet a request, all changes will be subject to any costs and charges incurred by us and/ or incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers in making this change. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible. Where we are unable to assist you and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking we will treat this as a cancellation by you. A cancellation fee may be payable.

  • How do I cancel my booking?

    If you or any guest decides to cancel your confirmed booking you must notify us in writing either to the address stated on these Booking Terms & Conditions or via email to: cancellation@bookpackntravel.com. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us at our offices and will be effective from the date on which we receive it.

    Should one or more member of a party cancel, it may increase the per person price of those still travelling and you will be liable to pay this increase. Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, you will have to pay the cancellation charges.

  • Can I do a name change?

    Yes you can, however, the charge for the amendment is dependent on how close you are to departure. Please contact our Customer Support Team who will be able to confirm the relevant charges.

  • Can I amend my booking to a different date?

    Yes, please refer to our booking conditions and contact our customer support team on 08003688550.

  • What are the cancellation charges?

    42-60 days 50% of total holiday cost

    33-41 days 60% of total holiday cost

    15 – 32 days 90% of total holiday cost
